2. Damages and Issues

If you inform us after 3 working days, we may not be able to assist with the issue.

We'll evaluate the problem and work quickly to make things right, whether that involves a replacement or refund.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable under the following conditions:

  • If the seal is broken or the item has been opened.
  • Items marked as non-returnable during purchase.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
